Web Marketing - Powerful Tips, Suggestions and Advice

By: Dean Ryan Martin

Web marketing might be very burdensome even to those good programmers. In this field, you only provide your visitors what they want. Most people will love your site if you keep it simple and engaging.

A while ago, I read an article written by Phil Anderson and he enumerated five must- have elements of a good website.

A Website Needs to Look Like this...

Tip one, aptness of design and writing styles.

Your website should have consistent stance all the time. Stay away from changing font colors and writing styles. Keeping the elements in classic preserves your credibility as a marketer.

Two, friendly navigation.

Never overload your site with graphics and pictures, A smooth navigation site composes of left-side menu, top corner searches, categories in dark colors, service page and releases.

The third element is web hosting.

According to Wikipedia, the function of web hosting service is for the visuality of a website in the World Wide Web. There are multitudinous types of web hosting services (free hosting, shared hosting, clustered, reseller and FFmeg) The five variables of a first class web hosting service are

bandwidth
storage
support
upgrading
server details

Whatever you select, taking note of a good domain name is a must. A domain name refers to the groups of letters you saw after the www on the navigational bar.

Your domain name should represent the identification of your campaign. For instance, if your niche marketing is about learning how to drive, your domain name should be easily retained in one's memory. Something like...

The fourth element is the veracity of information. There is a need to update your contents regularly. Your customers seek new info and they click away from your site if they discern no good updates in it.

Lastly, the contacts. Another essential element you include in your site is the contacts. Make your email address and phone numbers visible to all customers who regularly visits your website.

Seeding Website

Two of the key site's seeding techniques are on-page and off-page optimization.

An on-page optimization is only implemented when you are modifying title tags, header tags, meta tags and alt tags of a page while an off-page optimization is the mode of circulating your website to the public eye.

Off-page optimization is done when:

1) you pass the site pages in social bookmarking sites such as Digg or StumbleUpon,

2) you rewrite articles and post it to article directories such as EzineArticles or GoArticles,

3) you place keywords while writing articles or press releases

4) you link your site to popular RSS and video hosting sites.

Outsourcing can be cheaper compared to doing all those brainsick activities all by yourself. If outsourcing sounds costly to you, join online forums and ask for profitable suggestions related to web designing. Also, allow yourself to flip through various tutorial-videos in YouTube. Better yet, participate in Internet Marketing Training Programs.
